As Christ forgave
Those that had
Hurt Him on the
Cross and beat
Him and that
It was not
An option to
Forgive but simply
He was God incarnate.

And how that
It is about
What we need
To do when
People betray our
Trust and friendship
Even more as
Forgiveness is
Not an option.

As Christians and
As believers as the
Lord calls for
You and me
To forgive and
To remember that
They are human and
We too often than naught
Have done the same thing too.
