What did Jesus have to say about sinners?

| Luk_15:1 Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him. |
| Rom_5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. |
Now before you say not all these texts were Jesus' statements, is not the Bible inspired by God and is not Jesus God?
