Hello,
If it is true that on the one hand God elects who can (and eventually must) believe the Gospel, and on the other either (a) overlooks or (b) reprobates the rest [makes no difference which, their end result is the same], then He is a liar. I say this because the Bible is clear that God will condemn unbelievers, not just for sins generally, but also SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SIN OF UNBELIEF. That means Calvinism is presenting a deity that condemns the lost for doing exactly that which - either by reprobating or just "passing over" them - He sovereignly intended for them to do.
Such is not the perfectly just, holy, righteous, honest and fair God of the Bible. It is, rather, exactly the behavior of Allah, who the Koran says raises up unbelievers for the sole purpose of rejecting him, then damns them for having rejected him. The only difference between the two is that the Koran teaches this absurd horror up-front, making no apologies or excuses for it, while Calvinists claim to be the staunchest defenders of God's character when what they actually do is thoughtlessly and (I choose to believe) unintentionally slander and blaspheme Him.
Thanks,
