Indy, Texas, and the VA: All Fallin' Apart

Thursday June 30th, 2005. This is show # 129.

BEST QUOTE OF THE SHOW:
Whenever a Christian is trying to evaluate a statement about abortion or a legislative initiative or some strategy, we're so desensitized to abortion...so here's what you have to do. You have to take the statement, take the sentence or take the law and you have to insert a different crime. Like instead of saying "abortion" say something like "child molestation." So...try this out for size and see if it sounds Chrisian: "Child molestation is not the best choice." Or, "killing Jews is not the best choice."

And the same thing with laws. Like when Christians support a law like parental consent. Whenever a law ends with, "and then you can kill the child" it's a bad law. So parental consent: "As long as the parents agree that you can kill the child;" "As long as you have consent you can molest the child;" "As long as there's consent you can kill the Jewish person." No. These are bad laws and bad statements.
