Ilhan Omar after Virginia Beach Shooting: Confront the NRA

The shooting was allegedly carried out by a 40-year-old public utility worker. He allegedly used a .45 handgun which he bought “legally.”.

Omar responded to the shooting by tweeting: "I am outraged and heartbroken. How much longer will we ignore the pain of our communities? We need to immediately confront the power of the NRA and end the epidemic of gun violence in this country."

If the attacker acquired his gun “legally,” as reported by NBC News, that means he passed a background check to acquire it. He did not get it via nefarious means nor did he have to, as he had no criminal record. He simply complied with all the left’s gun control measures in acquiring his weapon, then used it in a crime. What gun control would Omar push to prevent this? How is the NRA to blame in any way?

Here is a link to the Lincoln-Douglas debates back in the 1850s. Read them to understand just how dishonest the Democrat--Stephen Douglas--was in his statements on policy and about his opponent--Lincoln. Those debates were the beginning of the end of Douglas' power and influence for Lincoln destroyed him with the truth.

What I'm pointing out is that the Democrat party has used deceit for more than 150 years as standard operating procedure. The Republicans lie too, only their lies have been more innocuous until the the CFR and the FED came into existence in the early 20th century. Now both parties work hand in hand with the banking system to destroy liberty and steal from the common man. They have destroyed our currency and our liberty, yet you do nothing to oppose one side of that combine. You don't believe they have destroyed our currency? The following link shows the value of the dollar indexed to the year 1900. Notice that the dollar was increasing in value throughout the 19th century, and then look at how the dollar has declined in value ever since the FED was created in 1913. In 2010 it was worth less than 4% of what is was worth in 1900, and it's worth even less today than it was in 2010. In other words, our currency has been destroyed deliberately and systematically ever since the FED was created. And the FED was created by Congress and signed into law by a Democrat president, Woodrow Wilson. In fact, one of the reasons he was elected is because he promised his financial backers to sign the legislation that created the FED and those same people convinced a politician to run against the president at the time who was opposed to the creation of the FED. In doing so they created a split in the Republican vote and Wilson was elected with far less than 50% of the vote. That's more of the history of dirty politics by the Democrats and how they have worked to destroy this country for their entire existence.
