Brady violations detailed, along with kill lists and destruction of evidence. All documented facts in the Nevada trial. Here is just a small piece of the article covering illegal wiretapping of attorney client phone calls and the kill list...

The prosecutors want the public to believe that their content is ‘so mundane and innocuous’ that it has no bearing on trial, but that the recordings themselves have been reviewed by a special FBI team and marked as privileged. So, the recordings remain in the hands of the prosecution. But, if they are ‘so mundane and innocuous,’ why hide them?"

"HIT LIST: The most worrisome of all the concerns that Judge Navarro has on her decision plate is the revelation that there was an actual hit list maintained by the Government with Cliven Bundy’s name at its top. This list seems to be an actual shooting list that has only been revealed by a BLM agent who is now trying to cover his backside. This agent has become a whistle blower. When I asked Cliven about who it was, he wouldn’t answer me directly, only to say that this BLM agent is no longer employed by the government. I wonder who that might be..."

I am not surprised. The whole thing was a government overreach from the very beginning.

This was a great idea for a thread, THall.

The amount of fraud, deception, and flat out illegal activity on the part of the BLM, FBI, and Federal prosecutors is amazing. This is what happens under socialism: rule of men rather than rule of law. Everything becomes arbitrary rather than according to written law. In the US that means the Constitution as it is our ultimate law.

Hayek has a great definition of the rule of law.

Nothing distinguishes more clearly conditions in a free country from those in a country under arbitrary government than the observance in the former of the great principles known as the Rule of Law. Stripped of all technicalities, this means that government in all its actions is bound by rules fixed and announced beforehand—rules which make it possible to foresee with fair certainty how the authority will use its coercive powers in given circumstances and to plan one’s individual affairs on the basis of this knowledge.

When this concept is understood it becomes easy to understand why liberty is only possible under the rule of law.

I remember trying to explain to people on this forum years ago how corrupt certain areas of Law Enforcement were in the country...... The boot lickers came out of the woodwork, slandering me and trying to say I was the crazy one..... Now that the corruption is out in the open for all to see, these clowns have nothing......

I have a further comment on the rule of law. We have been given the most perfect example of the rule of law that exists, according to how Hayek describes it, in the Bible. It is called the Ten Commandments. No other set of laws so perfectly describes a set of behaviors that are easily understood by all, and allow both government and populace to live in peace. The populace can live in peace with each other and with the government. And the government can live in peace with the populace. All this is possible for honesty is prescribed. Dishonesty is proscribed. And all forms of messing with your neighbor's life and property are proscribed. Obedience to these laws creates peaceful society in which anyone can do as they like as long as they have no intent to harm another person in any way. This is true liberty.
