Thus speaketh YHWH of hosts, saying, Behold the MAN whose name is The BRANCH; and HE shall grow up out of his place, and HE shall build the Temple of the LORD: Even HE shall build the Temple of the LORD; and HE shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon HIS Throne; and he shall be a Priest upon HIS Throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. - Zechariah 6:12-13
in context:
5 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,
“when I will raise up for David[a] a righteous Branch,
a King who will reign wisely
and do what is just and right in the land.
6 In his days Judah will be saved
and Israel will live in safety.
This is the name by which he will be called:
The Lord Our Righteous Savior.
7 “So then, the days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when people will no longer say, ‘As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the Israelites up out of Egypt,’ 8 but they will say, ‘As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the descendants of Israel up out of the land of the north and out of all the countries where he had banished them.’ Then they will live in their own land.”
And sorry- the king's name does not mean that the king is God . It is common in Hebrew names to include God's name as part of the person's name.

The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him,
The spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The spirit of counsel and strength,

He shall sit and rule upon HIS Throne;
and He shall be a Priest upon HIS Throne - Zechariah 6:12

Nothing mysterious here. You are just misinterpreting the pronouns in the verse. A knowledge of Hebrew would help.

How about a few quotes from the plethora of translations available:
KJV: Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
NIV: It is he who will build the temple of the LORD, and he will be clothed with majesty and will sit and rule on his throne. And he will be a priest on his throne. And there will be harmony between the two.’
HNV: even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule on his throne; and he shall be a Kohen on his throne; and the counsel of shalom shall be between them both.
