Hi to all and Eph 1:12 reads ," in order for us to be to ( the ) praise of His glory , the ones having hoped before " in Christ ."
The words " should be " is a Greek Present Infinitive , translated " to be ."
This means that we are TO BE , NOW to the praise of His Glory !
" First Trusted " is a verb in the Perfect Tense and refers to those who were saved BEFORE others were saved and are the First members of the Body of Christ .and Rom 8:23-25 helps answer this !
Many others make this verse to mean different thing , but this is what I see .
We , can also see that these first believers were also " in Christ " as Gal 3:28 reveals , and this means OSAS !
And the Only way into the Body of Christ is through the Holy Spirit PLACING /BAPTIZING and placing them into Christ's Body , and nothing else can do it !
Not Water Baptism , Purgatory or any man made theology !!
