Because in the Mohammedan's culture, it may just be "wild sex" that only looks and sounds like rape...including repeated "no, stop," etc...but wasn't INTENDED as rape. So it isn't.

I generally agree that intent is important in criminal matters but I think rape is one of those things where there should be some consequence even if the rapist didn't understand exactly what was happening. Looks like the judge missed an opportunity to teach a good cultural lesson.
