Anthony Fauci is the highest-paid government employee in the country, and yet his half-million-dollar yearly pay is dwarfed by the millions of dollars he makes milking the system on the side. And he has been scamming the US government out of millions for decades.

NIH Scientists Caught Concealing Millions in Royalties for Experimental Treatments – AP
Tue, 11 Jan 2005

The Associated Press has uncovered evidence of scientists and administrators at the National Institutes of Health flagrantly disregarding ethical and legal requirements of financial disclosure: "In all, 916 current and former NIH researchers are receiving royalty payments for drugs and other inventions they developed while working for the government."

According to records obtained by the AP, among the 51 NIH scientists currently involved in testing products for which they secretly receive royalties, are Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and his deputy, Dr. H. Clifford Lane who "have received tens of thousands of dollars in royalties for an experimental AIDS treatment they invented [interleukin-2]. At the same time, their office has spent millions in tax dollars to test the treatment on patients across the globe."

The NIH has a new director who now exposes the fact that the NIH has paid insider government officials millions of dollars in royalties for drugs they promote. Fauci was not double-dipping, he was quadruple-dipping and more. He was getting rich by promoting select medicines over others even to the health damages to tens of millions of Americans. He was in charge of who got large payouts from the government and his name was at the top of the list. Fauci became the highest-paid government employee in America and that did not even include the extra money he was making by authorizing royalty payments to himself. What an astute businessman!

Undisclosed royalty payments estimated at $350 million from pharmaceutical and other firms to Dr. Anthony Fauci and hundreds of National Institutes for Health (NIH) scientists do present “an appearance of a conflict of interest,” according to the agency’s acting director.

Dr. Lawrence Tabak, who took over as NIH Director following the December 2021 resignation of the agency’s long-time leader, Dr. Francis Collins, told a House Appropriations Committee subcommittee that federal law allows the royalty payments but he conceded they don’t look ethical.

Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) told Tabak that “right now, I think the NIH has a credibility problem and this only feeds into this, and I’m only just learning about this. People in my district say ‘well, so-and-so has a financial interest, or they don’t like Ivermectin because they aren’t benefitting from that royalty …

“You may have very sound scientific reasons for recommending a medicine or not, but the idea that people get a financial benefit from certain research that’s been done and grants that were awarded, that is to me the height of the appearance of a conflict of interest.”

Democrats don't want to talk about Fauci's royalty payments to himself. That is understandable because greed and corruption are widespread in the politics of the ungodly and none of the ungodly want to shine any light on any of the wicked for fear their deeds might also come to light.

Top Democratic leaders with oversight of the National Institutes for Health (NIH) are keeping quiet about the $350 million in secret payments to agency leaders like Dr. Anthony Fauci and hundreds of its scientists.

The Epoch Times received no responses from multiple requests to Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) and Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.) for comment on a report by a non-profit government watchdog estimating that Fauci, former NIH director Francis Collins, and hundreds of NIH scientists got as much as $350 million in undisclosed royalty payments from pharmaceutical and other private firms between 2010 and 2020.
