Had Adam and Eve had access to the TOL, I suspect they'd debating one thing or another right along with the rest of us:chuckle:

God had already told him he would surely die if he ate of the tree, so he would surely have died. And, trying to save himself by eating of the tree of life would not have been enough to give him life.

Adam had a memory and remembered all that had happened and all that he had been told was necessary in worship. He was informed of the pre-evangelism too. He passed on this information to Cain and Abel. Abel obeyed his father and in doing so obeyed the Almighty. Cain set up his own form of worship which was not acceptable and he knew it.

All his life Adam was a walking talking Bible and he passed on the truth to men in his line. Lamech received the truth and passed it down to his son Noah. Noah being elected by grace acted accordingly and was said to have found grace in the eyes of Yah Veh. Meaning Yah Veh saw the work of the grace that He had provided to Noah in operation just as it had worked in Abel.

In answer to the question about TOL. Nobody would have believed Adam except those from the line of Seth to Lamech. Just as today the only ones that receive the truth are the recipients of grace.
