There are many on the Foum that claim to be Christians, but there is no evidence of the Holy Spirit in what they write.

One of the works of the devil is to make people think that they are saved when they are not. There are many counterfeits on the Forum.

Here are some of the evidences of the Holy Spirit.

Posses the Spirit of truth, John 14:7.

Believes and understands the Gospel, John 14:26.

Is Christ centered , abides in Christ, John 15:4.

Loves other believers that are Christians, John 15:12.

Testifies of Christ and his Gospel, John 15:26.

Does not speak about him or herself, John 16:13.

Glorifies Christ and his Gospel, John 16:14.

Believes the Bible, 2 Timothy 3:15, 16.

Is not religious. Resting in Christ, Hebrews 4:10.

Professes to be a sinner. A saved sinner, 1 John 1:8.

Is at peace with God, Romans 5:1.

Has been justified by faith, Romans 5:1.

Believes that Jesus has atoned for his sins and the sins of the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

There are many other evidences of the Holy spirit such as love, peace, joy, longsuffering, hope, righteousness, patience. however, there are many unsaved people that posses these qualities.

The Spirit of Adoption is evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit!

The Spirit of Adoption is evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit!

Those of humanity who were Chosen in Union with Christ, and Predestinated
to the Adoption of Children before the foundation of the world Eph. 1:3-5,
each one of them shall in time, passively receive the Spirit of Adoption as described here:

Rom. 8:14-17
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
v.15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear;
but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
v.16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
v.17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ;
if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Gal. 4:4-6
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
v.5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
v.6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
v.7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Receiving the Spirit of Adoption is the evidence and proof that a person was Redeemed by the Blood of Christ,
is an Adopted Son and Heir of God, Chosen to have forgiveness / remission of sins
Eph. 1:7.

On the other hand, if one does not receive the Spirit of Adoption in their lifetime, it means
they were never one of God's Adopted Children / Sons; they never belonged to God, as in Rom. 8:9!

How does one receive the adoption?

When did you receive the Holy Spirit? Were you born with it?

You talk about all of these salvation things, but you don't talk about how they occure.

There is no scripture about anyone being adopted before the foundation of the world. The only one chosen before the foundation of the world was Jesus Christ. God chose all of humanity in him, Ephesians 1:4.

Jesus is the savior of the whole world, John 12:47.

So that now... "Whosoever that shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13.

Paul said, "So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God" Romans 10:17. Which is the Gospel.

If you want to be saved you will have to hear and believe the Gospel. Just like on the day of Pentecost, Acts 2:41.

God is not going to zap anyone with the Holy Spirit like you want to believe.

Your comments are altogether irrelevant, incorrect, disrespectful to God's Word, or just plain foolish and ignorant
with regard to the scriptures in my post. If you were actually interested, you would attempt to do a study on them
as instructed in 2 Tim. 2:15 KJV. They're very important scriptures in understanding the Work of the the Holy Spirit
in those who were Chosen to inherit Salvation!

Frankly, in over two years on this forum, I've seen you quote only about ten or less different scriptures repeatedly,
and you still don't even have proper understanding of them, and how they relate to other scriptures 1 Cor. 2:13! :plain: :nono:

Evidence of the Holy Spirit is what people say. When they speak lies we know they do not have the truth in them. Especially so regarding the Bible and the gospel. For example, one might say they believe the Bible and they are Christian, yet everything they testify is false. Then you know they are wolf in sheep's clothing and have not the Spirit.

There's a reason why evidence is a legal term. In biblical law, it requires 2 witnesses to convict, so you could say 2 is the number of witness. Two anointing's also occur, as displayed by the Ark of the Covenant and two layers of gold, one within and one without, completely covering the wooden carnal nature of man, in type.

The first anointing we receive is an inward one, where we know that we know something has happened within, we are changed from receiving the Son. But a second anointing is also needed, A WITNESS, to what happened within, that causes what happened within that is not visible, to become visible to the outer world. It's the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the EVIDENCE of speaking in tongues, that declares that He has risen, and has risen, IN US.

When Yeshua approached John to be baptized in water, John protested mildly saying he needed to be baptized of Him, but Yeshua told him to baptize Him anyway, as it was necessary to fulfill ALL righteousness. All righteousness is not fulfilled without the two, the first baptism symbolizing being made in the image of His death, the last baptism being made in the likeness of His life, a life-giving Spirit.

One is mirroring His death and burial, the other His resurrection, after which followed Him speaking with and teaching His disciples for 40 days. Can I get a witness? ;) Peace

I don't know what you mean by "so that now" because men have been calling on the name of the LORD for thousands of years.

Oh, shut up.

Romans 10

9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Did I forget to mention that those of the first baptism are in the outer court realm, the 30 fold realm, the realm of babes that refuse wisdom and the office of the priesthood (He would that they were ALL priests) that comes with the second anointing typified by the inner court realm? Buy of me gold tried in the fire, but they prefer to betray Him by only buying 30 pieces of silver (speaks of initial redemption only), so that no growth beyond self seeking Judas who ends up only buying the field of blood (their OWN body), ever manifests. Should they press in, they would receive HIS glorious body.

There are 3 different Greek words in the Greek, but all were translated sons by the translators. So if you put in accurate degrees of spiritual maturity, there are babes/30 fold realm, young men/60 fold ream, and mature sons/100 fold realm.

Babes are easy to spot; unruly children lacking the fear of the Lord, speaking evil of that which they know not. Peace

Although unsaved people may have a physical or mental semblance of these qualities, it is not fruit of the spirit that they have which is the result of operating the nine manifestations of the gift of holy spirit.

Unsaved people and even Christians who mentally discipline themselves to have love, joy, etc. are missing out on the depth of what God makes available as "fruit of good works"???? NO, they are not the fruit of good works, but fruit of the spirit.

Even as physical fruit is the result of genuine growth and healthiness and maturity of a plant...

The fruit of the spirit is the result of genuine spiritual growth in spiritual health and maturity.

Only when believers start using the nine manifestations, I Corinthians 12:8-10 will they began to show forth the fruit of the spirit.

You should be ignored. Your mentor is B57. You're both fanatical
ultra hyper-Calvinists. You don't preach the Grace Gospel that Paul
taught. You both believe that God creates all sin.

Anyone not preaching the Grace Gospel that was given to Paul to preach to
the gentiles, is not preaching the truth and is a phony Christian and a wolf.

Wakeup Nanja. You are in a stupor.

There is NO scripture in the Bible about anyone being predestinated to heaven or to hell.

If this was a true doctrine the Bible would be full of it. There is NOTHING.

Christians are justified by faith. Not by being predestinated.

The word "Predestinate" only appears in the Bible 4 times. None of it is related to anyone being predestinated.
