This is basically for all the women spouting equality.

How many women would like the idea that they should be included if/when a draft is instituted?
If you are one of the lotto winners of the draft pick, it would be illegal for you not to report.

Canada

... In 1965 the Canadian government decided to allow a maximum of 1,500 women to serve directly in all three branches of its armed forces, and the former "women's services" were disbanded. In 1970 the government created a set of rules for the armed forces designed to encourage equal opportunities. In 1974 the first woman, Major Wendy Clay, earned her pilot's wings in the newly integrated Canadian Forces.

Between 1979 and 1985 the role of women expanded further, with military colleges allowing women to enroll. In 1982 laws were passed ending all discrimination in employment, and combat related roles in the Canadian armed forces were opened for women, with the exception of the submarine service. In 1986 further laws were created to the same effect. The following years saw Canada’s first female infantry soldier, and a female Brigadier-General.

In 1989, a tribunal appointed under the Canadian Human Rights Act ordered full integration of women in the Canadian Armed Forces "with all due speed", at least within the next ten years. Only submarines were to remain closed to women. Women were permitted to serve on board Canadian submarines in 2002 with the acquisition of the Victoria-class submarine. Master Seaman Colleen Beattie became the first female submariner in 2003.

Canadian women have also commanded large infantry units and Canadian warships.

On May 17, 2006 Captain Nichola Goddard became the first Canadian woman killed in combat during operations in Afghanistan.

Other NATO nations , including Canada, have a long history of gender equality in the military, including submarines!

America needs to promote gender equality in the military, before the Supreme Court forces them!

And they are good for nothing other than being prostitutes for immoral men.

I bet if you look into it, those Canadian women did not have the same requirements as the men.

I am under no illusions that my esteemed critics are either capable or willing to discuss this, or any other topic, based on the facts!

Trump's ban on Muslims came back to haunt him - I suspect that any attempt to undermine equality in the military will be overturned by the Supreme Court!

That's just it.
In a draft, they have no choice but to comply or be jailed.
Being a father didn't matter, you were required to leave your family and serve.

If the draft was re-instituted today, being a mother would not matter, you too would be required to leave family behind and serve or be jailed.
No exception could apply to any woman that cannot also be applied to any man, if there is to be true equality.

And he's STILL the President :rotfl:
Anthony Scaramucci just resigned/was forced out as WH communications director after just 10 days - and this is only Monday!

"The Donald" may be president in name, BUT

- his White House in chaos

- subject to a Special Council investigation

- has severed his ties with the Republican Party

- has yet to enact a major piece of legislation despite having GOP majorities in both the Senate and the House

- congressional Republicans in open defiance

- Senate voted to impose additional sanctions on Russia 98 to 2, forcing the White House to sign off because it could override a presidential veto

- a Secretary of Justice who has recused himself over Russia, but refuses to resign

- the failure of Trump's foreign policy strategy based on China pressuring North Korea

- after 75 years, traditional NATO allies have lost faith in America's leadership role under Trump

- North Korea's continues to test ICBMs and nuclear weapons
