Draining the swamp means getting rid of corrupt democrats and shady FBI employees,

These are all new hires. So, that means that 105 of the old-guard were ousted to make room for them.
Is it awkward when you find out you're making the oppositions point for them?

If "corrupt Democrats" were the problem, one could argue that "THE SWAMP" has already been drained - given that Republicans now control the House, the Senate and the White House!
As for the FBI, they were never the target when "The Donald" referred to "DRAINING THE SWAMP" during the 2016 Election - apparently "THE SWAMP" nothing more than a "generic" term that can apply to anybody or anything with whom this President takes issue!
