I graduated with honors from a Christian high school, but I was not well-prepared for college. In college, I had to take remedial classes in math and writing. I was on probation for a couple of semesters. In spite of the fact that I was not well-prepared for college, I motivated myself to improve my academic skills. I was on the dean's honor list the last four semesters of college and I graduated with a bachelor's degree. Many years later, I went back to school to earn a second bachelor's degree and I graduated with honors.
