Democrats refuse to release Jan 6 evidence they want to hide

The democrat party concocted the fake sedition narrative of Jan 6 and are fighting tooth and nail to suppress the massive amount of evidence from that day that contradicts their propagandist narratives.

Judicial Watch announced that it filed an opposition to the U.S. Capitol Police’s (USCP) effort to shut down Judicial Watch’s federal lawsuit for January 6 videos and emails. Through its police department, Congress argues that the videos and emails are not public records, there is no public interest in their release, and that “sovereign immunity” prevents citizens from suing for their release.

Only in communist nations, banana republics, dictatorships, and under the New Socialist Democrat Party of America are political defendants jailed without charges, held indefinitely without trial, and refused access to counsel and exculpatory defense evidence. The democrats are committing great wickedness in their reckless violations of laws and procedures. The illegitimate powers that be are refusing to release to defendants and the American public thousands of videos and assorted evidence that clearly show Trump supporters peacefully protesting and openly engaging in resistance against the unruly and violent on Jan. 6.

The defense attorney for a member of the Oath Keepers charged with seditious conspiracy stemming from the U.S. Capitol unrest on Jan. 6, 2021, has filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit that seeks to compel the U.S. Capitol Police to release more than 14,000 hours of video from surveillance cameras, smart phones and police body-worn cameras.
