This article is a good one. It shows just who the criminals are. When the FBI under Louis Freeh investigated Bill Clinton 120 witnesses either fled the country or pled the 5th amendment. Freeh compared the dearth available witnesses to his investigations of organized crime.

If former FBI Director James Comey believes he’s the first official to liken a president’s actions to that of the mafia, he would be sorely wrong. In Comey’s new book he says President Donald Trump worked for months to secure his loyalty through a series of meetings and phone calls during the transition period and compared the president to a mob boss, according to ABC News, which received an early copy of the book scheduled for release next week. The same happened to former President Bill Clinton. In fact, there was insurmountable evidence that came to light in the final weeks of Clinton’s 1996 campaign involving a Chinese fundraising scandal that plagued Clinton’s election and involved an FBI investigation, as well as Congressional hearings.

The investigation showed no criminal activity in the Clinton campaign. Could be that, in the end, there will be no criminal violations for Trump or his people as well. (edit: I mean other than those who have already pled guilty)

Be patient; it's all being sorted out, now. It will take some time. But in the end, the evidence will be all that matters.

Oh, yeah. The mafia often gets off scott free when the witnesses don't show up for trial and/or plead the 5th amendment. That doesn't mean they aren't guilty. It means the witnesses were too afraid to testify. And that's what happened at the Clinton investigation and trial. Witnesses don't run or plead the fifth because they know no one is going to come after them and/or their families. Running is evidence of fear, not lack of evidence of criminal behavior. It is evidence of criminal behavior on the the part of the person being investigated. They put fear into the witnesses.

We've heard all the excuses. No one really believes any of them. The Clintons aren't running the government, and the notion that Trump's people are covering for them is absurd.

It is evidence of criminal behavior on the the part of the person being investigated.

Yes, we know: "Lack of evidence means they are guilty." We've heard that, too.
