I grew up through the 60s, and the mustang was my favorite when I was a kid.

Mustang vs Corvette was sort of like the Beatles vs the Stones.

My first 4-wheeled vehicle was on old Willy's Jeep mail van. It drove from the right side and had an extra gas pedal that you could use standing up. I was a "hippie".

Mine was a restored one, well after the 60s - i sold it to pay for my medical bills for my pregnancy and birth of my son.

i'm spending way too much time this winter under one of these:

soon as i can get me a new car to replace it as a daily driver, i'll unload it and pick up one of these for a toy

What do you do with something like that?

I have a five ton crane on it with a 40 foot boom.
I pick things up with it.......when it's running.
I'm putting a rebuilt 5 speed Allison automatic transmission in it now.
Because of the cabover design, it has a short wheel base and is good for getting into tight spots.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the Ford jab.
No matter the make, if it's old, one is going to have to work on it.
