The California version of OSHA is going about creating a multi-tier division among workers that is sure to cause discord, strife, and hatred between workers.
1. Vaccinated workers won't have to wear masks, unless working with non-vaccinated workers. This is sure to cause hard feelings.
2. People who work with the public, and are vaccinated, will still have to wear masks. Once again, sure to cause hard feelings.
3. Non-vaccinated workers will still be required to wear masks. A sure way to create more hard feelings.
There is no science to prove masks work. Period. So this is the state creating artificial divisions between people. It seems state sponsored racist policies aren't working to create large divisions in the work force. They want to create even more hard feelings and greater divisions.
