In a few months, this will be forgotten and they'll be on to the next talking point. But they're running out of them...this one is a recycle of Occupy/BLM and people (even nominal democrats) are getting damned tired of it.
My prediction, fwiw...watch for some questionable form of domestic terrorist attack right around the time this alt-right mythology looks to be losing people's interest. Short of war, it's about the only card left to play that would give the media something else to scream at Trump about that won't bore people.
