Anti-Homeschool Judges Are Republicans

When the history of America's Christian community is written eventually, it will be seen with the hindsight 20/20 view of history that it was the prolife movement that destroyed America's Christian law schools and our Christian ministries run by lawyers because it's the prolife movement that has convinced our major national organizations, churches, ministries that God's command, "Do not murder" is not binding precedent. It's not. What is binding precedent is murderous law and rulings, decisions handed down by godless and rebellious courts. That's what they now believe.

SUMMARY:

* Two of the Three: anti-homeschool judges who ruled to virtually ban home-schooling statewide in California were Dr. James Dobson judges, that is, they were appointed by Republicans. Governor Pete Wilson appointed Justice Patti S. Kitching in 1993 and Republican governor George Deukmejian who appointed Justice H. Walter Croskey in 1987. No surprise.

Republican judges:
-starved to death Terri Schiavo;
-banned intelligent design in the Dover PA case;
-ruled to ban virtually all homeschooling in California;
-wrote and passed the Roe v. Wade abortion decision;
-wrote the decision that "under God" is unconstitutional in the pledge;
-recently ruled in favor of the child-porn industry permitting them to use software to make naked young women appear like children;
-etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
